This club sandwich with salmon really gives you a moment of enjoyment, so much flavor! The nice thing about this is that you can vary the ingredients. This way you can adjust it to your taste. We use avocado, truffle mayonnaise, arugula and cucumber here.
Ingredients for one club sandwich
- 3 slices of white bread
- 150 grams of smoked salmon
- 1/2 avocado
- cucumber
- handful of arugula
- truffle mayonnaise
- pepper
Steps
- Toast the slices. This makes them nice and crunchy.
- Cut an avocado in half and spread the contents of half an avocado on the first slice. Sprinkle a little pepper over it.
- Place a little arugula on top.
- Place half the salmon on top.
- Now we come to the second slice. Spread the bottom with a thin layer of truffle mayonnaise and place on the salmon.
- Cut the cucumber into thin slices and layer the bottom layer.

- Spread the bottom of the third slice and place on top
- Cut through the middle for a cool end result.
